Each team can employ up to 2 scouts (see [[youth]]). There are 3 kinds of scouts: mediocre, good and very good ones. The better the scout, the higher the possibility to transfer a brilliant [[Youth|youth player]]. Scouts will be paid daily. As soon as a scout finds a young [[Players|player]], this [[Players|player]] will be displayed in the [[youth]] menu. Now the manager can decide whether or whether not to engage this young one. If a [[Players|player]] is being offered, the scout is currently not looking for new talents, so he does not get paid. Keep in mind that your squad must range between 16(min) and 35(max) players.

The better your squad the higher the chance to get decent youngsters. There is indeed an upper skill limit, which the young player can reach. There is very small chance to find “the centennial talent”.
