On the finance pages, you have an overview on your income and expenses, you had this and last week. Furthermore you may settle for a Sponsorship for this season, more info will be placed on the lower hand side of the page.

Balance

The balance will be shown weekly, as one financial week is from Sunday 0.00 am to Saturday midnight in Germany, from Sunday 0.00 am to Friday midnight in Austria and Switzerland, and from Monday 0.00 am to Sunday midnight in England and the Netherlands. You can see this week’s balance and last week’s balance.

This week’s balance

Includes the following aspects:

Income:

  • Spectators revenues:

The sum of all spectators revenues.

  • Basic income:

The fix amount your sponsor pays each week.

  • Bonuses:

Each bonus from league and Cup Matches are listed seperately, and paid by the sponsor. To consider is that the bonuses for winnings, goals, topscorer, final placing, championship, direct ascension and fairplay are referring to your championship only. The bonuses on Cup Matches will be paid according to the results in the Cup.

  • Final placing bonus:

Will be paid by the sponsor if you reach your seasonal goal.

  • Ascension bonus:

If you manage the direct ascension, you will receive the ascension bonus by the sponsor.

  • Fairplay bonus:

The team having earned the fewest points in the fairplay ranking, will receive the fairplay bonus by the sponsor.

  • Transfer revenues:

Sum of all transfer revenues.

  • Miscellaneous:

Any other income will be shown here, such as betting revenues, bank investments and special revenues.

  • Total revenues:

The sum of all revenues is listed here as already calculated and pending revenues. Spectators revenues and miscellaneous will be booked instantly, whereas basic income and any bonus payment is regarded as pending, and will be booked after the above mentioned week.

Expenses:

  • Stadium incidentials:

Shows the costs for your stadium.

  • Players' income:

The sum of your players' income

  • Coaches' income:

The sum of your coaches' income

  • Interests:

If you run into debts, this will show the banks’ interest.

  • Scouts:

When using scouts to find youth players, you will find the costs here.

  • Transfer costs:

The costs for selling a player are exactly 1 % of the chosen minimum bid. The amount is shown here.

  • Miscellaneous:

Any other expense will be shown here, such as seminars, training camps and special revenues.

  • Total expenses:

The sum of all expenses is listed here as already calculated and pending expenses. Costs for Scouts an miscellaneous will be booked instantly, whereas stadium incidentals and any income (player or coach)is regarded as pending, and will be booked after the above mentioned week.

Last week's balance

Basically the same as this week’s balance, but the income and expenses of last week are already included, so that you can relate easier.

The sum of all last week’s income and expenses.

  • Last week's assets:

The sum of all last week’s assets is shown here.

You will receive 1-4 daily offers of future Sponsors. More info under Sponsors.

On the finance page, you will see all aspects of the made contract.

Encumbrance and loss of your club

The teams can get a credit by the BANK, but the team’s debts cannot exceed 250000 , and interest have to be paid. When reaching debts of at least 5000000 , you will be informed (Events) that the club’s existence is at stake. You need to push the debts below that area, otherwise you will lose the club. You shall always keep an eye on your finances, to prevent losing your club.

Seasonal balance sheet

This can only be used by Premium Accounts. Any income and expense of last year’s and this current season are shown after they were booked properly (see above).
